Training & Workshops:
Board Recruitment, Board Governance, Effective Meetings, Policies and Procedures, and more

Board and Staff Retreats:
Customized support for boards and/or staff including coaching, strategic reflection and action planning

Strategic Planning:
1 day and 3-6 month community-driven processes available
Who We Are
Growing Assets, LLC is proudly women-owned and operated, based in Southern Oregon. Growing Assets offers nonprofit organizations, boards of directors, staff, volunteers, and partners a unique blend of skills which forge meaningful connections between personal experiences and broader societal systems. With Rhianna's expertise in adult education, volunteer management, and professional facilitation, we bring over 20 years of experience and a wealth of diverse skills to our work.
